MAIZ was super helpful. My brother and i were looking for a gift for our mom and she helped us with finding the perfect size for our mom, they didnt have a womens in one of the shoes we needed but they had a mens and they explained to us that the sizes would be the same and even showed us how to compare so we felt confident about our gift purchase! thanks for her and her amazing team we were able to find what we needed! thanks a bunch!!

Had the best experience of my life, thanks to Trinity!! As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with such a bright smile and asked if I needed any help. She was lovely and friendly and her positive attitude made me feel very welcomed. Trinity helped me pick out a great set of Docs as a gift and walked me through the whole processes of how to take care of them. She went to far as to suggest other related items to fully satisfy my purchase. I will definitely be coming back especially if Trinity is there!! :)

Shout out to one of the employees I forgot her name but she was very helpful I couldn't find the right size of my Crocs and instead she helped me order the Crocs from the store and get them shipped to my house with free shipping:)

Stopped by here to pick up some new chucks and vans and the store associate Amani was super helpful. She helped me picked out the right size for my big feet and even gave me some fashion tips on what to match them with. Very appreciative of people who go above and beyond!

I visited a Journeys store and found it to be clean and well organized. The employees were nice and helpful. I came here to buy some Crocs for my kids, and they had some really cute selections! I had a great experience overall.

I would rate this a 10 if I could! I had so much trouble sorting through the disorganized catalogue of shoes. I got assistance from Alex and Sebastian and was immediately met with a warm and friendly attitude, AND the right pair of shoes. Safe to say I WILL be returning to contribute my commission to Journeys. They even resolved a dispute with an unfriendly woman who was "uncomfortable" with their service...

Zaid was very helpful during our visit to Journeys. We came in just to browse, but my son ended up trying on a few different pairs. He was patient the entire time and made sure the shoes fit right for him. The suggestions were helpful and never felt pushy. Overall, it was a really smooth experience and we’d definitely come back.
